"Tourniquet" is the second major-label single by the band Marilyn Manson, from the second studio album Antichrist Superstar. The image this song conveys is that of the main character in a world of sorrow and self-pity, prior to his transformation into the Little Horn.
The title track was covered by the cello rock band Rasputina on their EP, The Lost & Found.
The song was used as professional wrestler Jeff Hardy during his stint with Ring Of Honor.

The video for Tourniquet was directed by Floria Sigismondi, and focuses on an odd humanoid, suggested by the lyrics to be a creation of Manson's, set up on wheels to move. The band is seen in a large variety of ornate costumes as they perform the song. This is one of three music videos where Manson is seen without makeup (the others being Lunchbox and Get Your Gunn).
